Andy Fries picked up the 35 lap $1500 to win Bob Carter memorial at Winchester Speedway on Saturday April 23, 2011. Twenty four Limited Late Models checked into the pit area for the 35 lap $1500 to win, double points event. Front row starters Kris Eaton and Richard Hawkins lead the field to the green with Eaton taking the top spot. Caution flew on lap two to slow the field. Field reset would see fifth starting Andy Anderson make his way thru the pack and take the lead on lap three. Anderson would continue his lead, on lap eleven ninth place starter Glenn Elliott had worked his way thru the field and was looking to take the top spot from Anderson. The two race side by side, keeping the fans on there feet. Several more cautions would fly to slow the field.  On lap twenty Elliott would make the pass on Anderson for the top spot but the two would touch and send Elliott spinning bringing out another caution. Anderson in control, Scott Palmer now sitting second with Eaton third would go to green, working his way thru the field  from his twelth starting spot would see Andy Fries work his way into the picture setting his sights on the top spot. On lap thirty-three Fries made the pass for second and on lap thirty four would put the move on Anderson who had a tire going flat to take the top spot and claim the win, Anderson would cross second, Palmer third, and coming back to fourth Glenn Elliott and rounding out the top five was Kris Eaton.
